Berkeley will not send Marines "unwelcome intruders" letter

Well it appears the Move America Forward protesters were more effective than the anti-American Code Pink because the Berkeley City Council voted 7 – 2 not to send a letter to the Marines to say they were not welcome in Berkeley. However the hubris of the Left engaged the City Council not to apologize for their un-American activities.

Here is an important message from Brigitte Gabriel founder of American Congress for Truth and ACT for America. Both websites are dedicated to educating Americans about the very real threat of Islamism (and some would say of Islam) to the American way of life. Islamists seek to transform the globe into their vision of Mohammedanism after the actions and sayings of the cruel man Mohammed as he brought death and destruction and the initiation of an empire. This empire would maintain cohesion of Theo-political cult that inspired fanatic devotion to the violent way of Mohammed.

The e-newsletter is entitled, “Do We Have The Will? Part One.” It really is a synopsis of a book written by Lee Harris. Here is a snippet of what Gabriel says of Harris’ book:

A Muslim demonstration in an American city, in which Muslims trampled the American flag while proclaiming allegiance only to Allah and Islamic law.

Al Qaeda aggressively using the Internet to recruit German Turkish Muslims to go to Pakistan to train to be terrorists.

If we wanted to report on every instance, every day, of the continued and growing threat of Islamic terrorism and cultural jihad, we could fill your email boxes with dozens and dozens of reports. Once one begins seeing what is happening around us, it’s as if scales drop from the eyes, and what we once were oblivious to we now see with clarity. And what we see is that we face a determined, tenacious foe who is ultimately more dangerous to the peace, prosperity and liberty of the world than Communism was.

Lee Harris, in his recent book The Suicide of Reason: Radical Islam’s Threat to the West, argues convincingly that one of the reasons “radical Islam” is such a looming and powerful threat is because most people in the West, including our government leaders, fail to understand the nature of the threat and lack the will to resist it. On page 244 he states: “We have come to believe that we are invulnerable, that we have accumulated such power and wealth that it is unimaginable that our dominance could be challenged.”

He goes on to say that the standard “moral outrage” response from the West whenever a terrorist act occurs is literally dangerous, in that it “deludes us into thinking it has any appreciable effect... It doesn’t.” (p. 261).

He notes, correctly, that Islamists see the world as “us” vs. “them” – “believers” vs. “infidels” – and that the “believers” are dedicated to disrupting the current “world order” by creating chaos and disorder, so that through that chaos they can seize “historical momentum” to advance Islam through jihad.

This is why they engage in terrorism – not because such acts will necessarily bring down governments (though in Spain they in fact did), but they create fear, disorder and potential anarchy – golden opportunities for jihad to advance.

Harris writes, “The jihadists are not interested in winning in our sense of the word. They can succeed simply by making the present world order unworkable, by creating conditions in which politics as usual is no longer an option…” (p. 229). “Muslim fanatics believe that by destroying the Western status quo they will be ushering in a golden age of human happiness” (p. 262).

We engage in the ultimate act of self-deception if we believe that the radical Muslims can be “reasoned with.” They can’t. They not only think different things than we do, they think differently. Their view of the world is so foreign to us that it’s difficult, if not impossible, for many in the West to understand why they do what they do.

Towards the end of the book Harris argues that, if our enlightened civilization is to survive, we must be prepared – and have the will – to defend our way of life. But he observes that societies that achieve our level of peace, prosperity and rationality typically have a very hard time mustering the will to resist fanatical threats to their existence.

Radical Muslims around the world believe that America does not have the will to resist jihad, and that victory for Allah is inevitable. That they believe this gives them a strength, patience and determination to fight a war that they acknowledge may not see its successful conclusion – the domination of the world by Islam – for decades if not centuries. Harris notes, “While we think little further than our retirement, they think in terms of centuries…” (p. 260).

The good news is this -- the will to fight for our nation’s security and founding values does not need to be shared by all, or even most, Americans. History demonstrates that an organized, informed and committed minority of Americans, a minority who have the will, can change the course of the nation.

So, do we, members of ACT! for America and American Congress for Truth, have the will to resist the rising tide of Islamofascism?

Do we have the will to vigorously defend the values of Western Civilization that have produced the greatest peace, prosperity and liberty the world has ever known?

Do we have the will to fight for our safety, security, liberty, peace and prosperity, for ourselves now, and for the children and grandchildren who will follow us?

Do we have the will? That is the question I will explore in tomorrow’s email.

There is more than an Anbar Awakening in Iraq

Win the War

Apparently there is not only an Anbar Awakening among Sunni Iraqis who cooperating with the US Military to route out foreign insurgents (such as al Qaeda Iraq – AQI) but Shi’ites are becoming fed up with the thuggery of the Mahdi Army.

Evidently Muqtada al-Sadr’s Mahdi Army is not enforcing a rule of law among Shi’ites to make them feel safe. It is bad news for the Shi’ites but it is good news for the US Military. Why, you might ask? Because al-Sadr is tied to the psycho Ayatollahs of Iran and it is a good thing to drive a wedge between Twelver Shi’ites of Iran and Iraqi Shi’ites.

Anyway, go check it out at Small Wars Journal. It means we are winning in Iraq not losing as the Dems would have Americans believe.

Fear Supplicates Peace and Abandons Victory

With the passing of the anniversary of the last foreign attack on American soil that killed thousands of lives, Jihad/terrorist watchers have been warning of an impending attempt to duplicate the carnage of 9/11.

The focus of the warnings typically have centered on some sort of Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) instrument to reap the largest amount of loss of American lives. Apparently the WMD predictions seem to be of the nuclear or chemical nature.

This does not mean Islamofascists have abandoned their tried and infamously true tactics of the past. What are those tactics? Simply the utilization of bad old fashioned terror in which Islamofascist individuals or teams execute carnage via the notorious homicidal suicide bomber or the occasional fear tactics of thugs using guns to kill civilian bystanders.

To what purpose does the bad old fashioned terrorist tactics serve? The old tactics become news events in which the media reports about the carnage thus enabling the free usage of propaganda to strike fear in a populace to transform the populace into fear ruled appeasers that will make any concession under the delusion an Islamofascist will keep a bargain to not strike again. Of Course the Islamofascist waits a period of time to provide the illusion of honor of agreements, and then a lying pretext is used in the name of Allah and his prophet Mohammed to exact more terrorism. Often times “more” is a word that means a greater intensity of terrorist acts of murder in the most heinous graphic way to continue to get the media to spread Islamofascist propaganda for free because it is news that sells.

I want to make our readers aware of this because Intelligence resources captured some video in Afghanistan (c. 2002) that portrays this very scenario of terrorism to be used in America.

The tape portrays home invasions, drive-by shootings, ambushing police officers via subterfuge, public kidnappings, Golf Course assassinations, public building mass murder (i.e. malls, schools and use your imagination) and so on.

Israel has been victimized with this kind of terrorism nearly since its modern inception as a modern sovereign nation. Most Western Democracies have heard it so much that our public has been desensitized to hearing the news of cruel Jewish deaths. The cruelty has occurred so long in Israel that non-religious Jews are being duped to give land to their mortal enemies under the delusion that Islamofascist Arab terrorists will live in peace next door as a sovereign nation. The Islamofascist pattern does not line up with the land for peace delusion.

Imagine though if the despicable tactics perpetrated on Israeli Jews comes close to home. This exported Islamofascist terrorism has reached Europe and Russia. Attempts have been initiated in America; however the lack of success is not newsworthy enough to sell on the printed page and television/radio. If successful Islamofascist attacks become the norm, expect the free publicity of terror from the MSM disseminating fear for terrorism. That is what the captured al Qaeda tapes in Afghanistan imply: the exportation of the bad old tactics of attrition terrorism. Attrition - that is the meaning of long term execution of terrorism to wear down the enemy of Islamofascists to acquire more and more concessions from those more desperate for peace than for victory.

Kind of sounds like a cut-n-run Democrat does it not?

LIBERALS: GENERAL PATRAEUS MUST BE DESTROYED

I was reading an article by John Hawkins posted at Right Wing News. The article was entitled, “General Patraeus Must be Destroyed.”

Now I have to tell you that struck me as a strange title coming from a Website called Right Wing News. And that was probably the purpose: to get my attention.

The reason Hawkins wrote article is because General Patraeus granted an interview to Hugh Hewitt – a sort of a right winger. Evidently Hewitt wrote his article about the interview about the Lefties already attacking the integrity of General Patraeus. Hawkins’ point being Patraeus had better begin solid preparation because he is due to appear before the Senate to present a high profile report on the effectiveness of the Troop Surge to date.

Since the Democrats and the Left view the road to attain power is destroying the War credibility and thus the ability to enforce of a Slanted Left agenda in by losing the War on Terror. It becomes incumbent to assassinate the character of General Patraeus. The forefront of this effort will be the Mainstream Media (MSM), the darlings of the Democratic Party due to a mutual hatred not only of a Bush Agenda to promote American National Interests but of the Christian Right Conservatives largely responsible for two Bush elections.

Patraeus needs to especially prepare an awesome indisputable report due to the growing unpopularity of President Bush even among his constituent Conservative Republicans. Without supreme results to report to counter the gloom of the MSM, the Democrats controlling both Houses of Congress will declare Victory unattainable ergo America has lost the War on Terror in Iraq. A Democratic announcement of losing in Iraq will certainly lead to declaring a loss in Afghanistan. If a Democratic Party nominee is elected to the Presidency in 2008 (God forbid), a Taliban/al-Qaeda victory will be declared in Afghanistan. If that happens look to the rapid disintegration of not only Afghanistan, but also nuclear armed Pakistan as Musharraf will be submerged in the pathetic victory frenzy of Islamofascists.

Everybody knows that Iran will make a move on Shi’ite aligned Iraq and Turkey will make a move on the Kurd controlled portion of Iraq due to their unreasonable hatred of allowing a Kurdistan State to emerge.

Side Bar: Isn’t it interesting most of the unrest in the Middle East from the Mohammedan view is because a Jewish sliver of land has National Sovereignty while a group of Arabs that did not even become known as Palestinians until the 1960’s wished also to have a Sovereign National State. (The original U.N. plan was to have Transjordan [now Jordan] be the home of an Arab State and Jews in a microscopic portion of land to have their own National State.) Instead the Arab Mohammedans which attacked (Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Egypt , Syria and other lesser Arab States) had lost. Before Israel against the Arab Mohammedan world war began, Arabs residing in the Israel portion of the U.N. partition fled believing that their Arab brothers were about to execute a Jewish blood bath. After the blood bath these Arabs thought they would return. As History shows the Arab Mohammedan world LOST against a sliver of Jews determined to have their own National Homeland.

Now here is the point: Mohammedan (or variations thereof) Kurds are also a Stateless people that have been persecuted by Turks, Arabs and Iranian/Persians for years. What will be the excuse for denying the emergence of a State called ? End of Side Bar.

If a Democratic Party controlled Congress forces a ~~redeployment~~ (leaving the job unfinished to the detriment of American National Interests and probably leading to global chaos), it will simply mean the West and America will have to come back manage and overcome the chaos that will follow with Islamofascist control of oil.

Another element is Russia, China and India.

Russia cannot stand for American power to be so close to their regional hegemonic order. Russia will do all it can to perpetuate Mohammedan chaos.

China is a growing economy with a huge emerging global influence. Oil may be seen as the key to cement a Chinese Superpower in the world. China is wary of American hegemonic power yet America’s economy may aid China to its economic goals market wise. On the other hand if China perceives America wanting to control the global markets, they out of necessary National Interests will side with in destabilizing the Middle East.

Ever since India gained independence from the British Raj in 1948, they have been cozy with the old Soviets and somewhat the new Russians. Yet India’s greatest enemy is nuclear armed Pakistan. India and Pakistan was once one region that was divided by Muslim and Hindi majorities (Bangladesh was once part of the Pakistani government). Ever since that 1948 split India and Pakistan have warred and battled over disputed lands that both claim. India has been flirting with both Russia and America probably trying to feel which nation will best serve India’s National Interests. I guarantee you that India will not stand idly if Musharraf falls and Pakistan falls into the hands of psycho-Islamofascists. India has a history of Muslims maiming, torturing and murdering Hindus that did not convert to Mohammedanism.

Americans need to know and be aware that American influence and a presence in the Middle East will stave off a worse chaos than does exist in the present. If only Democrats and Republicans/Liberals and Conservatives could catch the vision that a new paradigm needs to exist in confronting this minority Islamist movement. Remember America’s Revolutionary War was only actively supported by a third of the colonists. Another third of the colonists were staunch British supporters considering themselves British citizens in the Thirteen Colonies. Then there was the third that just wanted to live life, that third experienced Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness via the sweat and blood of the active Revolutionaries.

Do not think for a minute that in the back of the mind of a so-called Moderate Mohammedan in the Middle East there is a yearning for a successful Islamist revolution that will restore honor, prestige and glory that was experienced in the yesteryear by the initiation of a man called the prophet Mohammed.

The American Slanted Left has an agenda and vision as well. Do not think for one minute (again) the Slanted Left are a bunch of overt traitors. The Slanted Left love America as much as the Slanted Right. America’s problem is a polarized vision.

The Slanted Left wish a society more in line with the European mind-set of egalitarian democracy that leans toward a government managed social utopia.

The Slanted Right in America wish a society founded on the principles of the Founding Fathers underlined with a morality that finds its foundation in Judeo-Christianity.

Actually both agendas are utopian in nature. And both agendas are willing to be vicious to find their goal – a sort of Machiavellian the means support the ends. The Christian Right feels that if the Slanted Left operates unhindered morality will devolve into egalitarian hedonism and Sodom and Gomorrah sin. That slant is horrific to a Bible believing Christian. There are so-called “progressive” Christians that pick and choose Biblical Scriptures to fit Secular Humanism that is hypocrisy. Progressive Christians should stand up and say we do not believe in the man/God Christ but in a Christian diluted philosophy that leads to the Secular Humanistic Gospel of Inclusion.

The Slanted Left will lie to accomplish there agenda of American transformation. The inclusion in that lying is that the War on Terror is bogus which will include a smear campaign on General Patraeus before his September Report on the progress of the Troop Surge.

Prepare Patraeus, prepare!

Question Pelosi’s Patriotism, Dang Right

There is a bit of a feud running between Pelosi of the and Vice President Cheney. You might say facetiously, “No kidding.” Okay I realize the Left including Pelosi has not been of Cheney’s Christmas list and visa-versa for nigh seven years, however the Democrats have arrogantly tried to use legislative authority to meddle in executive authority since January 2007.

The Vice President has publicly and in various international locations has said that “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's opposition to President Bush's war buildup is playing into the hands of the al-Qaida terrorist network.” Pelosi has shot back publicly to ask if Cheney is questioning her patriotism.

Realize this is not a direct quote, but Cheney basically said, “Dang right.”

Every moment the Democrats shout we have lost in Iraq, it emboldens radical Islamofascists like bin Laden to wreak havoc on anything not viewed as Mohammedan. That is not patriotic, it is moronic.

Pelosi went to President Bush to squeal like a swine looking for pearls about Cheney. Let us hope the President has not lost all of his Republican gumption and sends her to the sty. As if Bush could make Cheney say something different, the Vice President cannot be fired.
