Rachel’s Law (Libel Terrorism Protection Act) became the Law of the land in the State of New York. The Law was named after Rachel Ehrenfeld who was persecuted in a foreign civil suit (Britain) by Saudi Arabian billionaire Islamist Khalid Salim Bin Mahfouz. The reason Bin Mahfouz brought the civil suit is because Ehrenfeld’s book “Funding Evil” mentioned his name as one of the conduits that finance transnational terrorist organizations.

Evidently the Islamofascist did not want to be exposed in the English reading West because bin Mahfouz was determined to sue Ehrenfeld. “Funding Evil” was (at the time anyway) was only published in America. This was significant because for bin Mahfouz to sue Ehrenfeld in America he would he have to prove Ehrenfeld libeled him. Which of course he could not and also an American civil suit would expose his billionaire finances to American scrutiny as his lawyers would have to provide discovery documents that would probably open more doors to funding terrorist activities.

So bin Mahfouz sued Ehrenfeld in Britain. “Funding Evil” was never published there however bin Mahfouz used the pretext a few copies of the book had been purchased by the Internet in Britain.

Why did the Islamofascist sue Ehrenfeld (an American citizen) in Britain where “Funding Evil” was never published? In British (and probably European) Courts the burden of proof is upon the accused instead of the accuser.

Thus literally Ehrenfeld (not a millionaire) would have to come up with travelling expenses and foreign legal fees to battle Islamofascist billionaire bin Mahfouz in the British Courts. Ehrenfeld chose to not even show up in Britain.

The dhimmi British Judge proceeded to award Islamofascist bin Mahfouz a lucrative financial decision in Ehrenfeld’s absence.

This libel decision in British Courts which was one of many began to get the attention of Publishers in America. They became concerned they also may be held accountable in civil court in foreign lands. Bin Mahfouz and other Islamofascists effectively shut down free speech in America. American Publishers were refusing to publish any books exposing Islamofascist terrorism which also would tap into the livelihood of American and foreign writers that published in American Publishing Houses.

Ehrenfeld fought back in America. First she used the New York State Courts; however they told her the State Courts had no jurisdiction on foreign Courts. Then Ehrenfeld lobbied in New York’s State Assembly. The Assembly protected Ehrenfeld and other writers from Libel terrorism by passing Rachel’s Law.

As you might guess Rachel’s Law is only effective for Publishing Houses in the State of New York. Thank God Representative Peter King introduced the Federal version of Rachel’s Law with the appellation of Free Speech Protection Act. Unfortunately the Federal Rachel’s Law is not law yet.

I say “unfortunate” because Random House has cancelled the publication of a book by Sherry Jones about the sexual habits of Mohammed and his child bride Aisha (married at six years old). A college Professor spread the information to Islamofascist radicals who commenced to threaten Random House. Random House has capitulated cancelling publication and the imminent book tour Jones was preparing to publicize her book.

This is shameful of Random House especially since the publishing house is centered in New York, the bastion of anti-libel terrorism which enacted Rachel’s Law.

The scenario I am seeing is this: A Left Wing Professor deluded into supporting Islamism made the Islamists aware of the imminent publication of Sherry Jones’ book. I can’t believe a civil suit scared Random House off because of their location. Ergo a combination of the Islamic victimhood card and probably the threat of violence terrorized Random House from proceeding with publishing Jones’ book. Did you catch that? The self-proclaimed largest English language publishing house was terrorized into dropping the publication of a book critical of Islam.

Americans can criticize Leftists, Conservatives, Christians, Fringe Right Wing Groups (KKK, Aryan Nation et al), and Jews or just about anything EXCEPT Islam.

Here is another wake-up moment that will likely be pooh-poohed by blind Left and decried as racism or an attack on the freedom to practice the theo-political cult know as Islam (as you probably know I prefer Mohammedanism).

Those of you who call yourselves moderates and Slanted Right need to educate yourself and (God Please!) be aware there is an Islamic agenda. Although that agenda is funded by radical Muslims (Sunni and Shia), that agenda is extremely influential on the thinking of Muslims who publicly abhor the violence perpetuated by radical Islamic terrorists.

How or why is that possible?

Because there is a silent movement among well funded Islamists to silently slide into Western finance and economy with concepts of Sharia Finance. The Capitalists of the West buy into it because if it makes a profit it cannot be bad. Western Leftists of ignorant of Sharia Finance because of their blind concepts of egalitarianism that chooses to humanistically accept Mohammedans as multi-cultural equals not realizing that Mohammedans do not share Western egalitarianism.

What I am saying my fellow Americans and deluded Europeans is this: Wealthy Mohammedans influenced by Wahhabi/Muslim Brotherhood Sunnis or Twelver Shi’ites are utilizing the West’s own laws and financial institutions like the devil in Eden deceiving Eve. You know: bite this fruit of Islamist funding and endowments and the money will make you wise.

Unfortunately the deception is to systematically tear down Western Culture and ease Islamic Culture in its place. It is almost as if the transnational terrorists are an armed distraction while the little foxes enter the hen house and eat the chickens and their progeny and the farmer is off hunting for big wolves.

I have yet another long essay for you to read that paints a clear picture of that which I am writing. One of the authors is Rachel Ehrenfeld who a Saudi Islamist billionaire tried to silence by using foreign courts (to America) in a civil suit which does not use American jurisprudence.

Rachel lost the suit (not travelling across the ocean) but won the war. New York has enacted what has become known as Libel Terrorism Protection Act and the Federal Government is working on legislation to protect all Americans.

Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld - Funding Evil

I received an email from Allyson of Shariah Finance Watch. The name of the blog alone should be a hint to the nature of the email.

Allyson writes that the Governor of New York signed in to Law the Libel Terrorism Protection Act. I will hence forward refer to LTPA as Allyson does – Rachel’s Law.

There is a good reason for Rachel’s Law. Rachel Ehrenfeld wrote a book entitled Funding Evil. The book is an exposé on Islamist networks funding terrorist activities from the West that go toward the agenda of violent jihad, which means the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT).

I say “The West” but the brains of much the Western Terrorist fund raising originates from Saudi Arabia, Iran, the Muslim Brotherhood and the Muslim Brotherhood’s loose offshoots like Hamas of Palestine and Jamaat ul-Fuqra of Pakistan (a mere few).

Rachel’s Law emerged because a Saudi billionaire – Khalid bin Mahfouz – sued Ehrenfeld for placing his name among the funders of evil. In America bin Mahfouz would have to prove his case as the plaintiff that Ehrenfeld tarnished his name. Of course that would not happen and Mahfouz would risk American scrutiny of his operations by being forced to divulge discovery documentation or witnesses that the defense would ask for (Hello CAIR and Andrew Whitehead). So what did bin Mahfouz do?

He sued Ehrenfeld in the United Kingdom where the book Funding Evil was never published thus was not on the British Market. BUT some correctly curious British citizens purchased the book somehow (I forget the details; it was by Internet or other means). At the time I believe we are talking less than ten.

Bin Mahfouz utilized British Civil Law to sue Ehrenfeld who is NOT a British citizen for defamation. Guess what? In Britain (and much of Europe) the Defendant has to prove they did not injure or defame the Plaintiff rather than the other way around as in America.

Ehrenfeld is not a British Citizen and chose not to raise the money for an expensive lawsuit in a foreign nation that was backed by a billionaire’s money. She did not show up.

The British moronic Judge (or whatever they call them in the UK) decided to sock it too Ehrenfeld with a heavy financial judgment in favor of bin Mahfouz.

Now International Law comes into play. Can the International Community (that would be the auspices of the UN) force a U.S. citizen to pay damages awarded a foreigner in a foreign Court under proceedings that would be Unconstitutional in America?

The Law was (and still is in other States) murky in America.

Ehrenfeld began to fight back in America. First she went to the New York State Court system seeking legal protection. The New York Courts ultimately ruled they had no jurisdiction over a foreign Court.

Then politicians in the State of New York got behind Ehrenfeld because bin Mahfouz’s British Judicial Award affected publishing houses in New York (and America) that did business Internationally at least in marketing. Publishing houses would not publish anti-Jihad or anti-Islamist books for fear of a foreign Civil Suit.

Thank God the New York Legislature stepped up to the plate and passed Rachel’s Law which was signed into law on May 1^st.

It doesn’t stop in New York though. There are 49 other States in America’s Union. The fight is going on to make Rachel’s Law a national law.

This is excellent news from Act for America concerning the prevention of Islamists from suing American Writers in foreign courts and expecting enforcement in America.

Foreign Court civil suits were one way Islamists were trying to silence American writers who publish in America from exposing Islamism.

Khalid bin Mahfouz silences free speech

Remember how Saudi billionaire sponsor of Islamist terrorism Sheikh Khalid Bin Mahfouz sued American Rachel Ehrenfeld for writing the book “Funding Evil” which implicated him among others in financing Islamist terrorist networks?

For those that don’t know the story of Saudi Islamist bin Mahfouz, you make think big deal. Billionaires, Corporations and the rich and famous sue for defamation all the time.

Yes but you see in America bin Mahfouz has to provide the burden of proof he was defamed are libeled. Since bin Mahfouz is an Islamist, I have no doubt in mind he is guilty as the stench of sin permeating a brothel. Why do I think this? I think this because bin Mahfouz did not litigate in America where “Funding Evil” was published, rather he sued in Britain in which the book was NOT published but a handful of Brits bought it on the Internet.

In Britain libel and defamation is the burden of the defendant to prove his or her case is the truth.

So let’s smell the bin Mahfouz stench: he sued in Britain for a book that was not published there making an American citizen (not a British citizen) to come up with money in a foreign land to defend her book in a foreign court according to the laws of a foreign nation. Man that stinks!

If you don’t know the rest of the story, Ehrenfeld chose not to attend the stench wreaking ploy of bin Mahfouz because of money and her (and I agree) feeling the lack of jurisdiction of the British legal system over a book not published in Britain.

When Ehrenfeld did not show up in Britain, the Brit Judge adjudicated harshly in favor of the billionaire Islamist bin Mahfouz.

The repercussions of the Brit Judge did not only affect Ehrenfeld. It set of a tidal wave of Publishing House fear in America that anti-Islamist or anti-Jihadist literature could make the publisher a co-defendant in Courts of foreign lands where they actually do sell books. In effect bin Mahfouz snuffed good old fashioned American Freedom of Speech using foreign civil laws.

Ehrenfeld went to the State Court of which her Publishing House to seek legal protection from civil suits of foreign lands, viz. Britain in this case. The State Court in New York chose not to hear Ehrenfeld’s case citing a lack of jurisdiction outside of the State of New York.

The State Court’s decision was probably the correct decision even though it was disappointing. The disappointment being the British Court should have thrown out bin Mahfouz’s litigation for the same reason – the lack of jurisdiction. Then the case went to the New York State Appellate Court – same jurisdictional ruling. Fortunately the New York State Assembly and Senate woke up and introduced “Libel Terrorism Protection Act” (S.6687/A.9652).

A recent email from Act For America has informed me that the New York State Senate has done their part and unanimously passed the Libel Terrorism Protection Act.

If you haven’t already heard, last week the Libel Terrorism Protection bill unanimously passed the New York State Senate. This is a significant victory in the process toward this bill becoming law.

As you may recall, the bill was introduced to protect New York authors and journalists from libel lawsuits filed in the courts of foreign jurisdictions. These lawsuits are typically intended to intimidate and silence reporting about terrorism and terrorist-related activities, and they are filed in courts of foreign jurisdictions where free speech and press is not protected to the degree it is here in the U.S.

We do not know how many of you called or emailed members of the New York Senate, but to all of you who did we say “thank you!” You helped make this happen!

We are presenting our Libel Terrorism Protection petition and its nearly 7,000 signees to the New York Assembly, where the bill is still under consideration, currently in the Judiciary Committee.

Now when the New York State Assembly does its job it will be Western Culture not only giving bin Mahfouz a black-eye, but all Islamists that routinely use Western litigation laws to undermine Western Culture will receive a poke as well.

It will be interesting to see if the Islamist hoodwinkers will use the Federal Court system to nullify New York State legislation. If Islamists go that far, it will be interesting to see which Islamist while file litigation knowing that they will also have to turn over Discovery requested by the Defendants. That is how Andrew Whitehead of Anti-CAIR shot down CAIR’s civil suit against him. CAIR was not willing to give up information in the Discovery process.
