The mainstream media (MSM) and the Obama Administration are so absolutely Slanted Left (so MSM and definitely the President are more Left than slanted). Because of this fact I became a little irritated that President Barack Hussein Obama has been vilifying FOX News as a tool of the Republican’s Right Wing. The President has even tried to box FOX out of White House press meetings because of this public stand against FOX.
Now it is also evident that the Obama’s cadre MSM is becoming a tool of Obama’s Leftism by using the power of the press to also vilify FOX News as so far to the Right that they are not a legitimate unbiased journalistic media outlet.
Ironically FOX News often receives criticism from the more Slanted Right for not being Right enough. I personally am a huge supporter of FOX yet I also am unpleased sometimes with a position or lack of reporting on an issue. Even so I will not vilify the only media outlet that counters the obvious Leftism of the MSM.

Gary H. Johnson, Jr. has sent an exclusive to SlantRight.com that I am certain will make it in some form to his AfPak Reader.
The theme of the essay is a “New Realism.” The foreign policy concept is supposed to be middle ground between allowing everything including the kitchen sink without preconditions and Right Wing Realism. The former uses Jimmy – Hamas – Carter as an example. The latter uses Neoconservatives as an example.
The New Realism’s (A Conservative’s View) primary advocates seem to be Dennis Ross (Profile from Left oriented Right Web) and Robert Baer. Johnson’s essay is kind of a critique of an article written in the Washington Post by Fareed Zakaria.
I’ll probably have to read Johnson’s essay a few times in an attempt to digest all the implications of the New Realism. Upon first glance (well maybe second glance) Zakaria appears to be a proponent of the New Realism.
Now here is the foundation of the New Realism in foreign policy: The acceptance of Iran as a Middle Eastern hegemon while using a combination of Saudi clout, European economic strength and American power in a carrot and stick scenario to counteract Middle Eastern Iranian hegemony. It sounds like a new Cold War scenario in which the West tries to fence in the Iranian National Agenda with both overt and covert agents. Russia and China will play the switch and bait game to placate their National Interests meaning sometimes supporting the West and sometimes supporting Iran. For Russia and China the bait and switch of support will be founded upon that which benefits the respective the global sub-hegemonic powers (i.e. assuming that America is still THE global hegemon).

Bret Baier’s Special Report on FOX News had an interview with Polish President Lech Kaczynski last night (9/24). The theme of the interview was President Barack Hussein Obama’s decision to scrap the East European Missile Defense Shield (MDS). The crux of the MDS was centered in Poland and the Czech Republic.
I had mentioned in an earlier post that appeaser President Obama’s decision was bending to the will of Russia’s National Interests rather than America’s. Also the Appeaser’s decision continues the Eastern Europe sell-out mode that has occurred since the end of WWII.
Poland’s President Kaczynski is careful to not politically insult Russia but is still expressing his displeasure of the future lack of protection from Russian wiles. Listen to the interview HERE.

I found a Steve Emerson post at Faith Freedom International detailing the stupidity of the State Department pandering to Radical Islamic (aka Islamist) elements and organizations in America. I mean we are talking organizations with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood which advocates a global Caliphate to rule the world and impose Sharia Law. Many of these organizations and elements also have direct ties to murdering Islamic terrorists like Hamas.
I would normally cross post an awesome exposé such as Emerson’s; however my main website at SlantRight.com does not tolerate the many source links the Emerson article utilizes to back up his statements. So I am cross posting at the Blogger SlantRight which is also easier because I do not have to type in the html myself.
I operate SlantRight.com and Blogger SlantRight together for this very reason. As you may know Blogger may at anytime pull my plug because of the controversial content of much of the anti-Islamist/anti-Jihadist posts. I highly encourage the reading of the Emerson post exposing the complicity of the Obama Administration sucking up to American-Islamist organizations to the harm of the American Way in the name of Politically Correct multicultural/diverse tolerance.
In case you do not get it, that tolerance is heaped on the Muslims that would see America destroyed and replaced by intolerant and anti-Liberty Sharia Law.

During President Obama’s campaign for the Office he was elected, his Global War on Terror (GWOT) theme was the Iraq war theatre was the wrong war and that Afghanistan war theatre is the right war. After all the Islamic terrorists that attacked American soil on September 11, 2001 was organized from al Qaeda Afghanistan under the protection of Taliban Afghanistan.
I have been reading that the so-called Obama’s War in Afghanistan is being screwed up by a strategy of politically correct care and protection of Afghan/Pakistani civilians living among and probably supporting the Taliban and al Qaeda Islamic terrorists. This is a typical policy of defeat that instills bad morale among otherwise gung-ho American troops.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran has vocally declared that any negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program are off the table.
This begs the question: What is President Barack Hussein Obama’s next step concerning a nuclear Iran? Will the President proceed with tough sanctions even if Russia and China veto a Security Council mandated global sanctions? This is to say the President then would be willing to lead the West and Israel in sanctions apart from the United Nations.
Will the President okay a proxy to take the heat for a military adventure against Iranian nuclear facilities? This is to say BHO would look the other way as Israel makes an attempt to destroy or slow down (depending on the degree of success) the Iranian nuclear capabilities.
An Israeli attack could open a whole slew of new inevitable conflict issues pertaining to American National Security and National Interests. Also I suspect Israel has a preemptive strategy designed against Hezbollah of Lebanon in the case that the IDF moves forward with an Iranian attack.
Also radical Muslim rogue nations tend think irrationally compared to Western geopolitics. A Western nation would be compelled to think of retribution against its attacker and whine about any aid or lack of restraint the attacking nation’s big brother might offer. Psycho-Shi’ite Mullahs will think more about some sort of blood libel revenge and potentially launch an attack of some sort on American troops in Iraq or give aid and comfort to the Taliban-al Qaeda duo of evil along the AfPak corridor.
Certainly Iran would unleash Hezbollah and encourage Hamas to attack Israel. This is where I believe Israel will do something preemptively. If Israel provokes an excuse to attack Hezbollah in Lebanon, look for that to obfuscate attention toward an Israeli military strike against Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
Then there is also the Hezbollah threat to activate sleeper Shi’ite terrorist cells on the American homeland as a revenge act for allowing a military strike against Iranian nukes.
OR the Prince of Appeasement and Political Correctness and friend to anti-Semites might just say, “Shucks, those Iranians are going to develop a nuclear arsenal. America risks more immediate danger than the potential of a safer world without Iranian nukes in the future. I will just do nothing and let my Presidential descendants deal with the future threat of nuclear conflagration A Twelver Shi’ite is sure to do to hasten the Hidden Imam’s return to Islamize the world.”

The Bush Administration sealed a deal to build a missile defense shield by utilizing ballistic missiles in Poland and detection radar in the Czech Republic. Russia has not been pleased sensing a threat to Russian National Security and National Interests. The Bush Administration maintained it was being built to counter Iran’s increasing capability with its own ballistic missile program. The Iranian intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) program could easily include nuke WMD so only the idiot geopoliticians believe Iran’s story of a nuclear program for peaceful nuclear energy.
Then the great appeaser Barack Hussein Obama became President in January 2009. BHO is willing to scrap the deal if Russia quits supplying nuclear technology to the psycho-Mullahs of Iran. Russia is using Iran as a counter-weight to the Missile Defense Shield also known as the Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) for America’s perceived intrusion into Russia’s sphere of influence.
I am on the Stratfor free email list. I received an interesting article analyzing U.S. perceptions and Russian perceptions from the perspective of the Cold War and Post-Cold War era. Included in the analysis is the BMD system deal to begin construction in Poland and the Czech Republic.
This is some great geopolitical reading. I am going to provide the entire of the analysis below. As much as I sympathize with the Birthers; however according to the Timeline that I have seen there is no way President Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya. Star Trek science fiction technology would have had to exist for the thought to even be conceivable.
Barack Senior married Ann Dunham in a ceremony in Maui, Hawaii. Prior to the nuptials Barack Junior was already growing in momma’s womb. An educational timeline indicates that Barack Senior went from Hawaii to Massachusetts to work on his Masters. (Check out this 2007 article about Barry, Jr. It is an indication of Barack Senior before Birther controversy did not move to Kenya from Hawaii.)
The Star Ship Enterprise would have to beam Barack, Sr. and Ann Durham from Honolulu to Mombasa for little Barry to be born then back to Honolulu to register little Barry with the State Hawaii.
The great mystery for me is this: Why does Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. spend so much in legal funds to prevent his long form Hawaiian birth certificate from becoming public?
Now here is the other thing Mrs. Ann Obama divorces Barack Sr. shortly after abandoning her in Honolulu. Ann evidently having a thing for secular minded Muslim men marries Lolo Soetoro who like Ann’s first husband was a foreigner attending college in Hawaii. Soetoro took the new wife and little Barry back to Jakarta, Indonesia.
Now here is where some formative thinking must have occurred for little Barry between ages 6 and 10. Obviously Soetoro was a bit more Western oriented than a practicing Muslim; however he did not renounce Islam either.
Little Barry went to a Catholic school in Jakarta but registered as a Muslim. This is no doubt because step-daddy was a Muslim. Here the cultural snag that Islamic Supremacy rings through pertaining to registering as a faith that the step-father is associated with.
Regardless of what President Barack Hussein Obama says about practicing Christianity as his faith it is for political purposes. Only a moron would believe his African Muslim heritage and growing up with Islam between ages six and ten would not affect the BHO outlook on Islam.
Hence it is not surprising President Barack Hussein Obama will sympathize for Jew-hating Muslim Arabs that call themselves Palestinians. This can be evidenced by pre-Presidential associations with Muslims that either support the Palestinian cause or are actively involved with Palestinian terrorist organizations.

Seeing this President Barack Hussein Obama sympathy for his Muslim heritage, it should come as no surprise that his Administration is either supporting or looking the other way as American tax money is going to the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) which is using the American tax funds to help finance Islamic terrorist organizations like Hamas in its spread lies and fraudulent propaganda about Israel.

Move America Forward (MAF) is one of the premier pro-troop organizations in America. MAF is rightfully investing their efforts in preventing the closure of Gitmo. The obvious reason is the inmates of Gitmo are mostly transnational terrorists captured by American troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The Left has whined that the continued imprisonment of Gitmo detainee terrorists is becoming a violation of human rights, due process and a violation of the Geneva Accords as relating to Prisoners of War.
MAF and most sane Americans understand that Islamic terrorists are at war with America even if President Barack Hussein Obama and his Leftist cadres deny that war. Indeed many released Gitmo Islamic terrorist detainees have returned to their ways of killing American troops.
Here is a message from MAF presenting their case to Americans for funds to continue the educational fight against the Obama Administration and the Left.

It is becoming very evident that President Hussein Obama’s “real agenda” toward Israel is to force the Jewish Israeli government to give up land that is sacred and acquired by the sweat and blood of its citizens in repulsing invading Arab armies.
BHO is attempting to force Israel to acquiesce to an existential threat in the creation of an Arab State to be known as Palestine.
In BHO’s effort to accomplish his designs he is using the oratorical skills of lying rhetoric to entice Americans as a whole and American Jews in particular to buy into the absurd Two-State Solution for sovereign Israel and a group of Arab created refugees who have NO historical heritage to the land they wish to make a nation.
So far Prime Minister Netanyahu’s government has repulsed the BHO demands concerning Israel; however I am unsure if a little slice of democracy in the Middle East will be able to resist Obama if he begins to squeeze Israel’s economy and Israel’s defense that are backed up by America. (Note backed up but not dependent as a lot of despotic or fragile governments might be.)
Anne Bayefsky writes that Jewish Israeli citizens are coalescing into a majority support for Netanyahu’s resistance to the Obama Agenda.
The irony is that American Jews seem to have a majority favoring the creation of a sovereign Palestine. BHO is attempting to manipulate public support by giving the impression that American Jews are 100% behind the Obama Agenda for Israel. The reality is BHO is asking only American Jews that are extremely favorable to the Obama Agenda and excluding American Jews from voicing concerns about Obama’s agenda being an existential threat to Israel.
