Well this is a “What he said” moment for me. Peter LaBarbera of American for Truth for Homosexuality briefly issues a statement from his organization about the reason why Senator John McCain lost to Barack Hussein Obama. LaBarbera believes the McCain loss was due to the lack of hitting on the issues that concern values voters.
I would add to LaBarbera’s statement that McCain failed from the very beginning to hammer BHO on his lack of transparency with Marxists, pro-PLO Mohammedans resident in America, crooks like Rezko and especially Jeremiah ‘God Damn America’ Wright. With the seeming twisting of the arm McCain merely mentioned Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn; however that was way too little too late.

In response to my uncertainty and guessing concerning being a natural born citizen of America, Fred with a U.S. Military email address sent this to me:

I suggest John Houk read either the constitution or possibly the Wikipedia definition of natural born citizen. This should make it more clear to him that BHO is clearly not a natural born citizen, unless BHO's October surprise is that he has been sidestepping this issue just to keep a conspiracy theory going, and magically he will pull out a birth certificate that is not a forgery at the last minute.
There is a slight hint of hostility from Fred concerning my thoughts on how Judge Surrick should have handle a ruling by a law suit from Philip Berg questioning Barack Hussein Obama’s status as a natural born citizen of America. If BHO was ruled to be a Naturalized citizen of America, he would be ineligible to run for the Office of President.
Fred’s hint of anger was because I thought because BHO had a natural born parent, i.e. his mother; I thought he would be eligible.
For clarity’s sake I would love Barack Hussain Obama to be ruled ineligible. I am DEFINITELY NOT in his camp for him to be elected the most Leftist/Marxist President America has ever seen. On the other hand making something up in the law that may not be there is not a fair action. I mean that is the very thing Leftists do with a Slanted Left activist judiciary – make up laws creation ex nihilo.
If indeed BHO can be shown to a Naturalized citizen rather than a Natural Born Citizen without forcing a round law into a square law, then I all for it.
Anyway I took Fred’s advice and look at Wikipedia and a website that interprets constitutional law.
I found the Wikipedia explanation to be informative yet leaving the reader to draw their conclusions rather than expressly defining a situation that might apply to Barack Hussein Obama.
The website that was the most satisfying was the U.S. Constitution Online.
The U.S. Constitution Online has a specific essay on Citizenship.
The essay (I think) shows that I could be wrong; however some slick lawyering could easily show that I am correct.
You read the essay and tell me what you think.

The McCain/Palin campaign is gaining momentum according to various enigmatic polls that still favor Barack Hussein Obama yet are careful NOT to give BHO the coup de grace against McCain.
There could be various reasons:
1. Americans are waking up to remarkable lack of transparency of BHO as compared to McCain.
2. Various exposes of BHO’s associations are becoming too numerous to brush off.
3. McCain is sticking to Federal campaign financing (as opposed to the liar BHO who reneged on his promise) yet is getting help from non-affiliated yet pro-McCain political organizations.
Since BHO eschewed the promised path of Federal campaign spending his political coffers mushroomed to an enormous size from sources that cannot be tracked as to their origin. The effect is that BHO has tons of money dwarfing the budget of McCain/Palin.
I get emails all the time from pro-McCain PACs, especially the MAF Freedom PAC and Our Country Deserves Better PAC.
If you are a McCain/Palin supporter as I am, I encourage you to seek out these independent pro-McCain PACs and donate loads of money for their worthy cause of pumping up the GOP to offset BHO’s lack of integrity in campaign financing.

Barack Hussein Obama supporters and BHO himself have pooh-poohed how past ideological associations build a person’s character in the present. The spin machine on BHO’s associations (regardless of casual, mentor, friend and admiration) is convoluted enough to suggest to desperate American voters that the past is irrelevant to the Leftist clarion call for “change.”
The Leftist spin machine has been so effective that way too many voters are blinded to the kind of change Barack Hussein Obama would bring to America.
I assure you the “change” BHO intends will do little to nothing to change the politics as usual that emanates from Washington, DC. Indeed the Democratic Party will use politics as usual to force a complete socialistic (if not down right Marxist) and secular humanist utopia down the minds of Americans whether it is wanted or not. The Left will ensure the road to that illusory utopia is mandated by a Leftist Federal Judiciary.
This means the government will begin to control a collective of citizens who lose their individuality to mandated government programs managing personal lives.
This means that Biblical Christianity (the Leftist belief that Christians are ignorant guns and Bibles Americans) could very well become a felony offense. That rule of law difficulty for Christians would occur when Biblical Christians preach that homosexuality and other deviant behaviors are a sin. The Leftist Utopia would condemn this as felonious hate speech as opposed to Biblical Truth.
The character of the political ruling elite would become even more irrelevant when adultery or anti-American hatorade becomes a norm rather than an exception (“I did not have sex with that woman.”)
The road to the Leftist utopia would eliminate or revise American history that demonstrated that a Christian character was the foundation espoused by the Founding Fathers. Some of America’s early leaders received a lot of public retribution for even the perception of scandalous morals that today would be a norm of life.

As usual any legitimate criticism leveled against Barack Hussein Obama by the McCain camp is being attempted to be stifled by the typical whine of racism. The racist card is now being associated with Conservative voters demonstrating their antipathy toward Obama.
The BHO camp has taken their “guns and Bibles” line of Christians and extended it to all untrusting angry Conservative voters as racists against Obama.

Last night’s Presidential debate effectively demonstrated differences between Barack Hussein Obama and John McCain on taxes, entitlement social programs and foreign policy. Thing is both BHO and McCain showed a great grasp of their positions. This only plays to voters who have made up their minds. Indeed the debate was sanitized that I am concerned that uncertain voters began to lean toward BHO merely because these particular rehashed policy stands favors the candidate who claims he stands for change in Washington DC.
Questions were not asked of either candidate that would establish the kind of person each candidate is. The “Keating Five” withstanding, a character examination would definitely favor McCain.
If McCain effectively responded with the same transparency he provided when the Keating Five scandal tried to stick to him in the 80’s, then BHO would be left to respond to a plethora of character deficiencies. Hmm … what kind of dye would be cast with an easily answered Keating Five scandal or a plethora stand-offish shaded answers that smack of lying?
If the GOP and the McCain campaign can just catch this and develop an effective counter to the Keating Five, Barack Hussein Obama’s character WILL be exposed as wholly deficient to be a leader of the United States of America.
As Frank J. Gaffney says, Characters count.

Sarah Palin takes advantage of the NY Times story connecting Bill (the bomber) Ayers and Barack Hussein Obama.
BHO digs up some cherry picked news clips on a scandal John McCain was involved in yet was totally exonerated. BHO even a 15 minute Internet video created high lighting Leftist half-truths. Remember that Leftists lie.
Here are some character considerations of Barack Hussein Obama:
· Bill (the bomber) Ayers
· Jeremiah (the racist Black Supremacist Pastor God Damn America) Wright
· Louis (anti-American, anti-Semite, racist, Black Supremacist Nation Islam) Farrakhan
· Forged Birth Certificate (Even Conservatives think this might be a myth)
· Tony (the criminal lobbyist, slum lord, political fixer, Obama house) Rezko
· ACORN (the Leftist register unqualified voters – the dead – Obama legal consultant organization)
If I dig some digging I undoubtedly will find more dubious ties that shape BHO’s character.
Now let’s see: the biggest political scandal on John McCain is the Keating Five. The Keating Five were four DEMOCRATS and Republican John McCain.
Here’s the deal about John McCain’s involvement with the Keating Five. He was totally exonerated by the prosecution and WAS NOT censured by the Senate. The only harsh action by the Senate ethics committee was that McCain used “bad judgment.”
Now how does that compare to the mysterious secrets that Barack Hussein Obama is associated with? There is NO COMPARE there!
If BHO believes that John McCain’s association with the Keating Five is reprehensible, why does BHO use former Senator John Glen (D-OH) as a political surrogate? Glen received the exact same exoneration as John McCain including the slap on the wrist from the Senate as using “poor judgment.”
Dear God in heaven! Not only was John McCain exonerated but afterwards was completely transparent to the Mainstream Media with the press interrogation. One definitely cannot say that about Obama’s critics. When criticism is leveled against Obama he and his surrogates whine that past associations are irrelevant, cry racism or imply that character is not as important as issues. Of course character was irrelevant concerning Mr. “I did not have sex with that woman” to the Mainstream Media and a deceived past electorate as well.

Have you noticed that the McCain campaign has finally decided to expose the character flaws of Barack Hussein Obama?
I say it is about time; however anti-McCainites and pundits enmeshed in political correctness are condemning the expose as a tactic to get American’s minds off the economy and/or a heinous racist ploy to appeal to the prejudice or to incite prejudice against Afro-American Obama.
The tactic on the first count probably has some truth in it but not the truth Leftist Democrats and BHO would have you believe. There is a lot of bipartisan blame to go around on the current economic crisis in America. The Democrats are just as culpable if not more so as the Republicans. After all it was Democrats (whether in minority or majority) that blocked Republican attempts to reform the lending practices of Freddy and Fannie. Congressmen Barney Frank and Senator Chris Dodd were whole hearted supporters of making sure bad loans were provided to people who did not have the means to keep the payments up. Man you should watch Bill O’Reilly try to pin down Barney Frank as a lying Leftist Democrat on this issue. In true Leftist form Frank used the spin of lying to try to place blame of Republicans while simultaneously saying he led squeaky clean legislation to reform Freddy and Fannie. Even confronted with Frank’s own words the Congressman still tried to spin the illusionist lie.
So is the McCain campaign wrong for focusing on Obama’s character rather than the Democratic Party screw-up of the economy? Absolutely not! It is Leftist lying that contributed to the banking crisis of 2008 and Barack Hussein Obama may be a typical flawed lying Democrat. Character matters in leadership.
Have you noticed that every time an Afro-American of the Leftist persuasion comes under scrutiny for his or her beliefs that the wall of racist accusation built against the critic? That is exactly what the Obama campaign is doing to attempt to shut up Sarah Palin and potential character examination of Obama by the McCain camp.
I pray that Palin’s public speeches that entreat voters to examine Obama’s character are just the first of the one-two punch of the McCain Campaign. Let’s hope McCain has the cajones to do the same on Tuesday’s Presidential Debate. Let’s pray McCain is skilled enough to counter Obama schmoozing that past association and that long term mentoring and that long term admiration of Marxists and Black Supremacism is handled effectively. I say that because Barack Hussein Obama with the aid of the Mainstream Media has effectively to date pooh-poohed all those Obama character deficiencies as irrelevant. Dear God in Heaven! A quarter century of engulfment with that kind of rhetoric cannot be dismissed with an “I was eight” with this one guy and “I never heard” such things with others. That is a lame voter that falls for that!
Now late last night I cross posted a defense of Sarah Palin’s Obama attacks from the Ace of Spades HQ. In that post there was an excerpt from the Tammy Bruce blog that pertained to the dubious nature of BHO’s past. I did not read much past the excerpt last night but I did this morning.
Whew! The post is awesome for it posits the wonder in one’s mind how Barack Hussein Obama has escaped scrutiny with a near complete blackout by the Mainstream Media. Do yourself a favor and read it. It could be the McCain Campaign talking points of who BHO really is.

Let us see: Barack Hussein Obama stance to his voting base is to leave Iraq ASAP. BHO claims he was against removing genocidal tyrant Saddam Hussein. BHO says he was against the Surge implying it was a waste in a nation he believes to be a quagmire of American defeat.
Oops! President Bush (which Senator McCain fully supported) went ahead with the Surge to Left America’s horror. This is even more horrific for Left America: the Surge has been an amazing success even beyond President Bush’s expectations.
Understandably BHO being a good Leftist denied the success of the Surge for some time. Only when it became evident that BHO would look like a Foreign Policy fool to refute the success of the Surge did a Leftist spin begin.
That spin was something like this: BHO believed we had no idea the Surge would have been successful; ergo he would have still been against it on principle. I am guessing that principle is defeat rather than victory.
Now the even more hypocrisy for the Leftie who says CHANGE will be the theme of an Administration he would operate.
The New York Post reports that BHO on his only visit to Iraq demanded the Iraqi government to cease negotiations with the Bush Administration over a time frame for U.S. Troops to leave Iraq. Why? I believe reason incorporated something like the Bush Administration was an ineffective weak Presidency.
Hmm … Weak I guess even though after many bad decisions in a post Saddam regime to bring democracy to a much divided nation, President Bush made a good decision with the Surge. This is very Surge that has nearly decimated al Qaeda’s existence in Iraq. So the only real problem in Iraq is rogue Islamofascist Iran attempting to stir up trouble among the Iraqi Shi’ites.
BHO wants no credit to go to President Bush, Senator McCain and the Republicans for being correct about the Surge and how that success could actually bring Americans home earlier than anticipated. BHO wants to continue to paint a bad picture (with the help of his crony media supporters) about Iraq in order to grab the messianic hero adulation for bringing Americans home ALONE. Thus BHO’s idea of CHANGE is still NOT bi-partisan. It is fringe Leftist Democratic Party partisanship in an effort to work Americans at home into giving the Democrats more political power via the vote. Such political power will be an increase in taxes, government interference, restrictions on real Christianity (as opposed to fake Progressive Christianity), and the culmination of a Secular Humanistic transformation in America that will make deviants appear normal and Biblical morality to look deviant.

Obama should have the decency to recognize that he lacks the moral character to serve as Commander-in-Chief, and he should withdraw from the ticket. I have never heard of any candidate deliberately trying to get Americans killed to prove their point.
According to the New York Post story, not only did Obama seek to get the Iraqi to stop negotiating with Americans on the troop drawdown, he also tried to bully General David Petraeus to agree to a hard withdrawal date.
The hypocrisy of Barack Obama - to say, in the United States, that he wants a speedier troop withdrawal date - while telling the Iraqis to stop negotiating is appalling. Even supporters of a quicker U.S. withdrawal must be sickened by his conduct in Iraq. If there were ever a candidate who has demonstrated the lack of character and leadership to represent the United States in foreign affairs, it is Barack Obama.

Ann Coulter is right: Leftists LIE.
Randi Rhodes an ex-host for the now bankrupt Air America is doing her Leftist best to lie about both Senator McCain and Governor Palin.
According to Rhodes McCain had a cushy time at Hanoi Hilton and Sarah Palin is a pedophile of teenage boys.
You would think that if Rhodes was going to successfully Swift Boat the McCain campaign she could get a significant amount of fellows that would corroborate her lies. I mean the original Swift Boat Vets against Kerry were significant whether their version corroborated John Kerry or not.
If Rhodes has a bunch of eye witnesses corroborating her lies she is not sharing the validity of her sources. It is an example of fishing for lies to tell them as fact. I believe that is called deception.
On September 8, 2008 Rhodes claimed McCain was called “the Prince” by his captors because he was given preferential treatment.

She is a moron. McCain was called “the Prince” because he was the son of an Admiral and grandson of another Admiral. When the North Vietnamese found out whom McCain was I am guessing the only preferential treatment he received was being patched up from his Fighter Jet crash and the abuse of his original captors. After McCain miraculously survived the neglectful medical patch work he was thrown for dead among two other POW’s who nursed to life. Ironically the website Vietnam Veterans against John McCain provides a US News & World Report article of McCain telling his story. The website uses the article as if it is an indictment against John McCain because McCain said things like give me medical attention and I will tell you military information. Of course neither the article nor McCain relates if he actually gave information; however it does relate they weren’t going to give medical attention until they found out who the father of McCain was. Also the article talks about the horrendous torture McCain received. How all this is an indictment on Kerry is beyond me, it corroborates that McCain is a hero. The VVAJM is a Leftist joke full of innuendo and twisted words about McCain’s POW experience which is so far away from the truth that only a Leftist or an idiot would believe it.
If you want first hand witnesses talk to people like Bud Day. Day was a fellow POW and paints a different picture than the Leftists are trying to paint.
