A lot of people think the Democratic Party is on the fast track to winning the White House in 2008. Of the many people, the prediction is Barack Hussein Obama will be that Democrat.
With that in mind, the primary theme of Obama is the word “change.” The only defining allusion to the word “change” at this moment is something different from the status quo of Washington politics. Anyone with any sense is aware that a fringe Leftist like Obama is not going to change the status quo of politics in Washington. He will be just as polarizing receiving enmity from the Right as GW received enmity from the Left.
The first item of “change” will be for a Democratic Party President to bring the troops home from Iraq preventing victory which is now just a hands grasp away and probably throwing the oil rich Iraq into a chaos with an Iranian predator next door.
Thus leaving Iraq would probably lead numerable bad things, of which the Saudis and Europe will clamor for the return of the American military to clean up.
A chaotic Iraq will lead to an invasion from the north from Turkey to make sure oil endowed Kurds do not form an independent nation. A chaotic Iraq will lead to a civil war between Sunnis and Shias that has nearly been solved by the current Troop Surge. Then Iran will make its play to either create a Shia Islamist Iraq or simply annex the Shia dominated part of Iraq next door to Iran.
The in between time of the Democrats removing troops from Iraq and an impending chaos in Iraq, an international proclamation that transnational terrorism (of which al Qaeda appears to be the most notorious to Americans) has defeated the most powerful nation in the world – the United States of America – will be shouted from the Islamist roof tops.
This will place some swagger on some goals of transnational Islamist terrorism to spread Islam by further terrorism and embolden Western Islamists to require more concessions in the rule of law to practice Sharia Law as opposed to the Rights and Liberty oriented values of Western Culture.
Since Europeans tend to be appeasement minded lefties supporting many of the issues of why Islamism exists, the rule of law debate between Islam and Western values is already an issue.
In America where Islamist dominated organizations in private yet publicly deluding the American public and Left that they are of a moderate nature, will begin to emulate their Islamist brothers in Europe. The demand for Sharia exclusivity apart from Constitutional Law will begin. This kind of demand will undermine the current Leftist stand on Separation of Church and State as the Islamic religion is given government privileges and perks to practice Islam under government protection and involvement all in the name of the delusion of multiculturalism.
Thus all those years of work by the Left to rid the local, State and Federal government of Christian heritage will become a hypocrisy as Islam is protected by the Government. For example it will be a hate crime for Christians to condemn Islam according to Biblical Scriptures but it will be Freedom of Speech for Islam to proclaim its superiority over all other religions and those religions that criticize Islamic superiority will be a hate crime. Can anyone say self-imposed dhimmitude?
The Islamist deception is already spreading in America’s public domain via the so-called moderate non-profit Islamic organizations and non-profit Islamic civil rights organizations. Islamists are highly involved in American Mosques and American Public and Private Schools.
Steven Emerson recently has wrote a blog post which I found at Political Mavens criticizing the Mainstream Media (specifically the New York Times in this instance) for proclaiming moderate bona fides to obvious Islamists who wish to bring down the American way of life by hook or by crook.
In this case the Islamists are members and speakers the Muslim Students’ Association (MSA), which was directly founded by the Muslim Brotherhood out of Egypt. The Muslim Brotherhood’s roots reach all the way back to the cooperation of Hassan al Banna and Amin el-Husseini that supported and received support from Adolf Hitler due to a mutual hatred of Jews.
Steven Emerson demonstrates there is ABSOLUTELY nothing moderate about the MSA which is highly involved on American University campuses nationally.
Is this the scenario you as an American wish to get rolling by supporting the Democratic Party? God Almighty I pray not! Vote Republican!
With the passing of the anniversary of the last foreign attack on American soil that killed thousands of lives, Jihad/terrorist watchers have been warning of an impending attempt to duplicate the carnage of 9/11.
The focus of the warnings typically have centered on some sort of Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) instrument to reap the largest amount of loss of American lives. Apparently the WMD predictions seem to be of the nuclear or chemical nature.
This does not mean Islamofascists have abandoned their tried and infamously true tactics of the past. What are those tactics? Simply the utilization of bad old fashioned terror in which Islamofascist individuals or teams execute carnage via the notorious homicidal suicide bomber or the occasional fear tactics of thugs using guns to kill civilian bystanders.
To what purpose does the bad old fashioned terrorist tactics serve? The old tactics become news events in which the media reports about the carnage thus enabling the free usage of propaganda to strike fear in a populace to transform the populace into fear ruled appeasers that will make any concession under the delusion an Islamofascist will keep a bargain to not strike again. Of Course the Islamofascist waits a period of time to provide the illusion of honor of agreements, and then a lying pretext is used in the name of Allah and his prophet Mohammed to exact more terrorism. Often times “more” is a word that means a greater intensity of terrorist acts of murder in the most heinous graphic way to continue to get the media to spread Islamofascist propaganda for free because it is news that sells.
I want to make our readers aware of this because Intelligence resources captured some video in Afghanistan (c. 2002) that portrays this very scenario of terrorism to be used in America.
The tape portrays home invasions, drive-by shootings, ambushing police officers via subterfuge, public kidnappings, Golf Course assassinations, public building mass murder (i.e. malls, schools and use your imagination) and so on.
Israel has been victimized with this kind of terrorism nearly since its modern inception as a modern sovereign nation. Most Western Democracies have heard it so much that our public has been desensitized to hearing the news of cruel Jewish deaths. The cruelty has occurred so long in Israel that non-religious Jews are being duped to give land to their mortal enemies under the delusion that Islamofascist Arab terrorists will live in peace next door as a sovereign nation. The Islamofascist pattern does not line up with the land for peace delusion.
Imagine though if the despicable tactics perpetrated on Israeli Jews comes close to home. This exported Islamofascist terrorism has reached Europe and Russia. Attempts have been initiated in America; however the lack of success is not newsworthy enough to sell on the printed page and television/radio. If successful Islamofascist attacks become the norm, expect the free publicity of terror from the MSM disseminating fear for terrorism. That is what the captured al Qaeda tapes in Afghanistan imply: the exportation of the bad old tactics of attrition terrorism. Attrition - that is the meaning of long term execution of terrorism to wear down the enemy of Islamofascists to acquire more and more concessions from those more desperate for peace than for victory.
Kind of sounds like a cut-n-run Democrat does it not?
Gary McCullough, the Director of Christian Newswire, has written a brief yet insightful opinion on the non-binding House Resolution condemning a surge of troops and proclaiming we lost in Iraq.

Chamberlains vs. Churchills
By Gary McCullough
OPINION, Feb. 16 /Standard Newswire/ -- The following is submitted for publication by Gary McCullough, director of Christian Newswire:
Today, within the beltway of Washington DC, America's modern day Chamberlains won the day. With all the vigor and clarity of true zealots, supporters of the nonbinding House resolution said "we surrender.""You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor and you will have war." -- Churchill's remark after Chamberlain returned from signing the Munich Pact with Hitler
"You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor and you will have war." This was Winston Churchill's statement after Neville Chamberlain returned from signing the Munich Pact with Hitler.
Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., said, "What we now have in Iraq is a defeat. We cannot achieve the illusions of the Bush administration that we will be able to create a stable unified liberal democracy in Iraq that is pro-American ... Instead, we have sectarian fighting, death squads and a disabled Middle East that threatens to be engulfed by the nightmare that we have unleashed."
As you read this the words of Waxman, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi fill the newspapers and broadcast airwaves of the Middle East (and North Korea).
Winston S. Churchill stated, "You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival."
Churchill's foe, Arthur Neville Chamberlain, campaigned and led England under his firm belief that Germany had been wronged by his and other nations. His opinion was that the actions of Germany leading up to what became World War II were those of a victimized people. Chamberlain's words filled the newspapers and broadcast airwaves of Nazi Germany as Chamberlain defeated and mocked Churchill.
Chamberlain said, "We should seek by all means in our power to avoid war, by analyzing possible causes, by trying to remove them, by discussion in a spirit of collaboration and good will. I cannot believe that such a program would be rejected by the people of this country, even if it does mean the establishment of personal contact with the dictators."
Today is the day the Chamberlains got back at the Churchills. Today is the day for "peace" at any price. After all, isn't that what we Americans voted for? There is little doubt that this past November we voted for our Chamberlains and sent many Chruchills packing. Now our new leaders, our Chamberlains, are telling us exactly what we want to hear.
I pray our bold Chamberlains are correct in their plan to not repeat history. But I fear that this is one of those times in which God's answer to our prayers will be that He gave us the freedom to pick our own path, even if that path leads to pain, destruction and death.

Democrats reject Bush troops plan
Feb 16 4:52 PM US/Eastern
BREITBART.COM
The House of Representatives has issued a symbolic rejection of President George Bush's plan to deploy more troops to Iraq. The 246-182 approval of a resolution opened an epic confrontation between Congress and Bush over an unpopular war that has taken the lives of more than 3,100 US troops and tens of thousands of Iraqis. "The stakes in Iraq are too high to recycle proposals that have little prospect for success," said Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who as leader of the Democratic majority controls the House agenda. She gained power last autumn in elections framed by public opposition to the war. "The passage of this legislation will signal a change in direction in Iraq that will end the fighting and bring our troops home," she vowed. Bush's Republican allies argued against the measure and said it portended a Democratic attempt to cut off money for the troops. "Their so-called slow-bleed approach is the bite that will surely hurt those fighting under America's flag overseas," said Republican Roy Blunt. "This non-binding resolution is the first step in an all-too-binding spiral towards defeat in a fight that we cannot afford to lose," he said.

Statement on Non-Binding House Resolution on Iraq The White House
For Immediate Release
Office of the Press Secretary
February 16, 2007 The House of Representatives has passed a resolution expressing disapproval of President Bush's plan to send reinforcements to Iraq. This plan enjoys the support of the Iraqi government and U.S. military leadership, including Gen. David Petraeus, Commander of the Multi-National Force in Iraq, who recently was confirmed to his post by an 81-0 vote in the Senate.
The President ordered a new way forward in Iraq because he, like most Americans, believed the existing situation in Iraq was unacceptable. The President concluded that this new strategy was necessary in order to help the Iraqi government gain control over Baghdad, assume more responsibility for security, and pursue reconciliation of all of Iraq's communities.
The resolution is nonbinding. Soon, Congress will have the opportunity to show its support for the troops in Iraq by funding the supplemental appropriations request the President has submitted, and which our men and women in combat are counting on.
The President believes that the Congress should provide the full funding and flexibility our Armed Forces need to succeed in their mission to protect our country.
