I have been known to post pleas for funds from very legitimate organizations with an agenda to support very legitimate causes.
One such cause is David Horowitz’s Freedom Center legal defense of Joe Kaufman (also posted at Muslims Against Sharia) by Islamic organizations that have used the American criminal and civil legal systems to squelch his Free Speech rights to investigate the evil of Islam.
If those Islamic organizations are successful and bring down Joe Kaufman then look for the next step. That step would be going after people like you and me.

Joe Kaufman is the Chairman of Americans Against Hate and the founder of CAIR Watch. He is also an investigative journalist for Frontpage Magazine and the spokesperson for the Terror-Free Oil Initiative.
Now here is the frivolous lawsuit that has no basis to go all the way:
Last year, Joe Kaufman, an American activist and the chairman of Americans Against Hate, traveled to Texas to lead a peaceful ten-person protest against the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), an organization that has been tied to Pakistani radical Islamic groups. During Kaufman's peaceful protest he was served with a harsh temporary restraining order as well as a suit alleging defamation and harassment. What is particularly troubling about Kaufman's case, is that the suit was not filed against him by ICNA, but by seven Dallas area plaintiffs who had never previously been mentioned by Kaufman, nor had they present at Kaufman's protest. The case is currently being litigated in Texas while Kaufman who lives in Florida is forced to spend his own money on travel and hotel accommodations in order to defend his rights to free speech and peacefully assemble. So you can see the tactic. Kaufman has been rather successful at exposing Islamic terrorist connections. American-Muslim organizations that claim to be moderate yet in reality support terrorist organizations such as Hamas have developed a strategy to shut the Kaufman’s of America up. That strategy is to sue with a large amount of financing behind the American-Islamic organizations without any real intention of winning. The object is to drain the anti-Islamist writer or reporter of their own finances by having to pay long arduous legal fees to battle well financed American-Islamic organizations.
Here is an example of the baseless Islamic attack to discredit Kaufman:
Americans Against Hate is an organization that creates slander and uneducated, presumptive allegations that never have merit or truth. Joe Kaufman is a man with a plan to spread lies and hatred toward Islam and creates broad and unfounded accusations that never are logical. Americans Against Hate (AAH) does the exact opposite of what the title and scope of his organization assumes.
[Then a load of smear came against Kaufman because a Left Wing organization denounces Kaufman.]
This is a man (Kaufman) who founded an organization called Americans Against Hate. It's the [...] Oxymoron, because all it does is spew hate!
Americans Against Hate is a website that is created to establish anti-everything that is associated with Islam and Muslims in general. Just like many other self-righteous bigots, Kaufman is considered to be a right-wing extremist with ties to Israeli terrorist organizations listed by the U.S. Department of State, and even has his blog articles prohibited in the Jewish Israeli Magazine due to his loyalties to Kahane Chai and Kach radical groups. [Then this website goes out its way to portray a Hannity and Colmes interview including all the “uhs” and “ahs” of horrible English public speaking.]
Just to contradict the accusation of hate speech or racism against Kaufman let’s read from an Islamic website that is way closer to moderate Islam than are most of well financed Islamist connected American-Islamic organizations.
Muslims Against Sharia rallies with Kaufman about exposing a Muslim on a School Board in Florida who relishes in the glory of Hamas:
On March 1, 2008, Broward County School Board Diversity Committee member Jawhar Sadallah Badran, an appointee of School Board member Robert Parks, was caught on camera making statements in support of the terrorist organization Hamas. They included “Hamas is not a terrorist organization,” “Hamas is a defender of the Palestinian people,” and “Hamas is better than Fatah, because there’s no corruption. Hamas takes care of the people.”
As well, in July of 2006, Badran made a statement to the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel describing himself as a suicide bomber. He said, “Hamas and Hezbollah are committing acts of defense against the acts of the Israelis. The only weapons that we have are to strap bombs on our bodies and do whatever damage and destruction we can.”
Furthermore, Badran is a representative for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group that has a number of terrorist ties. Indeed, the United States Justice Department has recently named CAIR as a co-conspirator for a current federal trial which is dealing with the financing of millions of dollars to Hamas.
We believe wholeheartedly in Freedom of Speech, but because of Mr. Badran’s expressions of support for terrorist organizations and violence and because of his radical affiliations, we feel that he should be disallowed from serving on any government forum, especially one that deals with diversity and children. We therefore are calling on you to act swiftly to remove Jawhar “Joe” Badran from the Broward County School Board Diversity Committee. He should not be able to serve another day.

Even Muslims that hate their heritage of violence are supporters Joe Kaufman. Does that sound like “hate speech” or “racism”?
Let’s examine the Rabbi Meir Kahane who the American-Islamic terror affiliated organizations are using to character assassinate Joe Kaufman.
In 1985, the Knesset passed an amendment to Israel's Basic Law, barring "racist" candidates from election. The committee banned Kahane a second time, and he appealed to the Israeli High Court. This time the court found in favor of the committee, declaring Kahane to be unsuitable for election. (Wikipedia)
Here is the basis of Rabbi Kahane’s racism. So what was Kahane racism?
Kahane argued that observance of Torah was the only reason to be Jewish. He saw secular Jews as hypocritical racists:

His supporters say Kahane was protecting Torah values and the integrity of the Jewish nation, but his detractors consider Kahane's views bigoted.
Kahane also believed that a Jewish democracy with non-Jewish citizens was self-contradictory because the non-Jewish citizens might someday become a numerical majority and vote to make the state non-Jewish:
I ask a question that sends Israelis crazy, both on the Left and on the Right. The question is as follows: if the Arabs settle among us and make enough children to become a majority, will Israel continue to be a Jewish state? Do we have to accept that the Arab majority will decide?

Kahane claimed that historically there are no examples of Arab Muslims living peacefully alongside other non-Arab ethnic groups. Thus Kahane proposed the forcible deportation of nearly all Arabs from all lands controlled by the Israeli government.
"A total of some 750,000 Jews fled Arab lands since 1948. Surely it is time for Jews, worried over the huge growth of Arabs in Israel, to consider finishing the exchange of populations that began 35 (50) years ago." (Ibid)
Kahane’s racism was based on his distrust of Muslim-Arabs who are devoted to the extermination of Israel and every Jew residing there. That may sound harsh but self-preservation is hardly racism. Kahane did not call for the extermination of Muslim-Arabs as most of Middle Eastern Muslims are taught to believe for Israeli-Jews.
Now let’s examine the accusation that Kahane was a terrorist.
The movement founded by Kahane became known as the Kach Party and Kahane chai (i.e. “Kahane lives [on]”). Rabbi Kahane was assassinated by an Islamic terrorist well connected to al Qaeda in New York City in 1990. Four years later a Kach supporter by the name of Dr. Baruch Goldstein went on a murder spree at a dual Jewish-Muslim worship location. The incident has become known to Jews as the Cave of the Patriarchs Massacre and to the Muslims as Al-Haram Al-Ibrahemi Mosque Massacre.
Regardless of Palestinian propaganda it has been proven that IDF reservist Dr. Baruch Goldstein acted alone. Even so the Jewish community of Israel and the Jews of the West were so horrified by the massacre that the Kach Party and the Kahane chai were declared illegal terrorists organizations. The U.S. State Department followed through by citing the two Jewish organizations to be on the Terror Watch List.
Now let’s compare acts of terrorism by the Kach Party and Hamas or Fatah (the assassinator of Kahane was a PLO operative as well). There is NO compare available.
So if Kaufman subscribed to the belief that racist Islamic Supremacists should be separate from Jews (and should be separate from all non-Muslims who love their life), how is that an indictment against Kaufman?

The Leftists of the West have long lamented the poor Mohammedans suffering in the Land of Israel or blamed for poverty of Western exploitation from the past. The Mohammedan whine is that of a victim that is owed a reimbursement for their societal ills which must be the result of Western oppression. I am certain that most of the blame for that oppression is wrapped up into a package with the United States of America as the address. The blame towards America is remarkable since there was no involvement by the USA in colonial adventurism as accomplished by the Europeans.
The Leftist or Mohammedan will say, “Yeah but … What about American corporations taking advantage of the poor Mohammedan populace?” Here is another question: Was American capitalism as exploitive of Middle Eastern Mohammedans as Mohammedan imperialist expansion of the past? I do not think so.
Middle Eastern leadership sold out their constituents for self-serving oil profits or for weapons to harass either Israel or America or both. Then the mostly authoritarian Mohammedan regimes either directly blame America and Israel or allow their clerics to sow seeds of hate to Americans and Jews.
So get over the self-deprecating victimhood of the so-called religion of peace. From the time that old Mohammed used a religion borrowed on the backs of Judaism and Christianity as a tool to create an army from backward Arabs to conquer the world. The tool became the glue that exacted discipline and the promise of carnal pleasures in this life and the next for adhering to the imagination of Mohammed.
The Left and Mohammedans go to great lengths to point to the savagery of the Christian Crusades. Yet the Crusader savagery was contrary to the Christian Scriptures. Also much of the Crusader savagery can be attributed to hundreds of years of Mohammedan brutal imperialism as the tool of religion was utilized to keep the militarization of Mohammedan peoples. The end game of Mohammedan imperialism was to instill the Theo-political cult into conquered peoples who often converted to Mohammedanism to avoid brutality or death.
Thus brutalized people became brutalizing people ready to practice the Theo-political cult to spread Mohammedanism as an all consuming blight upon the earth.
The poor victimized Mohammedans of the Middle East are looking back to the past of imperialistic conquest and persecute non-Mohammedans in ever increasing cruelty in the late 20th Century and early 21st Century. This travesty has particularly affected Christians in the Middle East that have resulted and results in harsh persecution and maiming deaths.
David Horowitz has founded David Horowitz Freedom Center to expose this reality of the violence inherent in Islam/Mohammedanism. In a recent email from the Freedom Center focuses on the plight of Christians in the Middle East. The Christian fate in the Middle East is not a pretty one. I just finished reading a day old email with a Frontpagemag.com letterhead by David Horowitz. The subject on the email: “A Message to Disgruntled Conservatives: Get Over It!” Horowitz’s blog has a different title yet apparently the same content: Birth certificate, Hussein name, Hillary garbage.
Horowitz actually writes a very supportive article for Barack Hussein Obama. Horowitz basically writes the Conservatives that are going after the Birth Certificate issue of BHO’s citizenship (Some are calling Obamagate) is “right-wing trash talk.”
Now check this out: David Horowitz is one of the true heroes working to educate Americans about the nature of Islam/Mohammedanism. This makes Horowitz a hero in my book; however this article is laced with self-righteous anger.
Horowitz claims the significant of amount voters that elected Obama renders irrelevant the veracity or the lack of veracity of Obama’s citizenship. Horowitz even goes so far as to NOT bring up the U.S. Constitution because the will of the voters overrides the letter of law in the Constitution.
Horowitz goes on to rail Conservatives about the attitude given toward Hillary as Secretary of State and the accusation that BHO is a closet Islamist Muslim. I have to say on the last two points I am in complete agreement with Horowitz.
Although Hillary is a domestic societal change Leftist, her record in the Senate has demonstrated a good grasp of foreign policy and the need to fight the Islamic terrorists. This is in contradistinction from BHO’s thoughts of not setting any pre-conditions for negotiations with America’s enemies.
As for being a Muslim, I don’t believe it one bit. I do believe BHO has been ensconced in Islamic culture and the typical pro-Arab and anti-Israel Leftist stand pertaining to how things should work out politically in the Middle East.
I am still convinced BHO is a closet Marxist because of past associations with avowed Marxists that have influenced everything to an entrance into Harvard to working on Slanted Left community solutions with an unrepentant oxymoron anti-war yet violent American terrorist who sought the destruction of the American government to establish a Marxist utopia. (Ayers claimed he did not kill anyone in his bombing days however booklets and eyewitness infiltrators demonstrate a willingness to kill Americans who did not conform to the envisioned Marxist utopia.)
Whether or not the BHO’s birth certificate of original birth exists or demonstrates a birth in Hawaii or Kenya is important because the cloud of darkness illustrates a propensity to lie.
The influence of Black Liberation Theology (BLT) Marxist Jeremiah Wright (ergo racist) is downplayed by BHO. Only a gullible sucker could believe that – it’s a BHO lie. This BLT influence extends to Wrights good Chicago community buddy Black Muslim racist Louis Farrakhan no matter the verbal BHO denials.
I do have to admit though that BHO’s Cabinet choices are way more centrist than the obvious ideology that BHO gravitates toward. Maybe BHO is an American first and a Leftist Marxist second. Time will tell with that.
The thing I disagree with Horowitz the most is his concept that votes override the U.S. Constitution. This very same attitude is how a Slanted Left judiciary in America has disdained Constitutional interpretation for Constitutional transforming to fit the Bench’s view of how a Constitution should evolve without the involvement of people and Congress.
Personally I would be flabbergasted if SCOTUS even looks at the BHO’s birth certificate issue on the merit that the Governor of Hawaii (a Democrat) has certified BHO was born in Hawaii. Once a SCOTUS decides to not even look at the various civil suits concerning place of birth and citizenship, the issue will become moot and something to be scrutinized by curious historians in the future.
So far I have come across only one avowed Conservative (via the old GOOGLE) who believes David Horowitz has shown his true colors. Patrick Krey posting on the blog Political Class Dismissed takes the paleocon opportunity to call David Horowitz a neocon ergo a closet Leftist.
Now it is true those that are pegged as neocons (which is a group of people that hardly have monolithic agreement) have Leftist and even Marxist roots. Paleocons miss the fact these multifaceted EX-Leftists are “EX.” An epiphany occurred that Leftist/Marxist ideology is a failed pattern to govern for the greater good. Hence the ex-Leftist and/or ex-Marxist became Conservatives yet with a different twist: the promotion of global Democracy as a means toward peace rather than conquest and forced re-education camps or executions. Basically the loose difference between Paleocons and Neocons is the former emphasizes less government involvement with individuals and a domestic non-international perspective while the later emphasizes the use of military strength to rid the world of despots and terrorists strengthening global interdependence via democratic institutions.
This is what makes Neocons great educators on the nature of Islam trying to overcome the Politically Correct subculture which both the Left and many on the Right bow toward.
PC culture is like a domestic family in a row boat. The leader tells the family not to rock the boat so that no one gets hurt. All the while hooligans are hiding around the bend to do more than rock the family leader’s boat, they plan to capsize it and take their possessions. Kill the males and abuse the females.
Maybe the leader sees the trouble coming around the bend. The leader still tells the family not to rock the boat. The leader will speak with the hooligans and surely have the moral imperative to not hurt humans for the purpose of self-aggrandizement.
The hooligan leader says sure, turning to smile at his fellow hooligans. Hooligan leader says, “Come to shore and we will respect your humanity as the hooligans in the background sharpen their knives in preparation for the acquisition of easy booty.
So I have to say I do not agree with Horowitz concerning constitutional issues yet he still is a hero for being one of many educating America and the West that there are Islamic hooligans that cannot be trusted.

One of my friends at the Vox Community discovered one of the most libelous videos on David Horowitz and Conservatives who are educating America on the difference between Islamist Theo-political ideology and Mohammedanism.
I personally confess to being an Islamophobe because Mohammedan holy writings are the ammunition Islamists use to promote their dream of an intolerant international Caliphate in which the globe must submit. I know there are Mohammedans out there that condemn Islamism; however there are not nearly enough and most are quiet about the dastardly deeds of homicidal deaths inflicted on people who would otherwise could less of an Islamist existence.
This video by acg103 (can also be viewed at Humbled Infidel) is a load of crap skewed horribly by disinformation to use snippets to support an untrue accusation of hatred. In affect acg103 is spreading the hatred of Christianity and Conservatives who stand for morality and against Islamist theo-ideology.
If acg103 was caught by an Islamist, the terrorist would whack his head off for being an atheist. Acg103 may protest: “But I supported your right to practice your religion,” as the Islamist sword was drawn (as so many times in the past) to execute decapitation. [oops this link is now correct]
The Islamist might reply: “You are an infidel and worse, you do not believe in Allah.” As the blade begins its descent acg103 would these last words: Allahu Akbar (Allah-god is the greatest).
Acg103 has the audacity to call those who expose Islamism racists and hate mongers. In fact if you visit acg103’s YouTube site it is enmeshed in pink. Friends pink and red are colors of Marxists. Acg103 sounds like the kind of Marxist that used to dominate the old “Evil Empire” – The Soviet Union. The old Soviets were masters of using lies to try to propagandize their citizens and the foolish outside the Evil Empire’s sphere of influence.
O what a day it was when people like Ronald Reagan (representing the true America) and Pope John Paul II (symbolizing Christianity) brought the Evil Empire to its knees in a glorious collapse.
