According to an article by Alamgir Hussain, Benazir was a fomenter of Jihadism in the days of her office as Prime Minister. Yet she came back to Pakistan to attempt a middle ground for Pakistanis by being the voice of democratic institutions which diametrically opposite of the Theo-Political ideology of Jihad-Islamism.
One could extrapolate her agenda was not as saintly as the image she tried to project to the West. I suspect the wily female politician saw an opportunity to play the military and the Islamists and form a position of power with an image of secularism. In other words her motive was not to seal democracy but to self-aggrandize power for the Bhutto family. I suspect her miscalculation was that Islamists have infiltrated the Pakistan military and Intelligence community with Islamist sympathizers.
I suspect her assassination was the result of Islamists not appreciating a woman leader and a divided military (Islamist sympathizers and traditional elitist secularists) not wanting to tolerate a Bhutto insertion into Pakistani politics.
Bhutto’s murder smacks of a good old fashioned conspiracy theory that I doubt the complete truth of who the murder conspirators were will be known for some time.
Conspiracy Theory is that enigmatic concept in which an urban legend or a conclusion arrived by a series facts and fictions occurs.
I love Conspiracy Theory not as an avid believer in the conspiracy but in the intriguing mysteries that often read as good fiction.
However sometimes when a Conspiracy Theory is derived from verifiable facts, something may ring true or partially true. Even so the verifiable facts might be arranged to form a conclusion based on expectations rather than a realistic conclusion arrived by line upon line leading to a legitimate educated guess.
I am a man of faith so definitely I may fall prey to a conclusion based on expectations rather a true educated guess.
I wrote all that because I found an article I found on Prophecy Update. If you are unfamiliar with Prophecy Update, it is an InJesus Group that publishes a daily dose of news from various non-MSM outlets that point to the website’s view of Biblical prophetic writing.
So check this article out by Bill Wilson which I will post below. Is it a Conspiracy Theory or an educated guess?

Connecting the Dots — Prophecy of Jeremiah in Play as Islam Uses Terror, Instability to Buy Control of Worldwide Babylon

The War of Islamic Aggression is planning a surprise attack on all non-Islamic nations. In fact, the strategy is already in play, and the West has taken the bait. The surprise will be when the West wakes up to the fact that Islam has taken over the world by controlling the oil, the finances, the debt and the economic power of non-suspecting nations like the United States.
Islam has used terrorism to increase world instability, which has raised oil prices. The windfall from the oil price increases has been used to buy financial institutions, bail out major credit institutions, and increase holdings over government debt in enemy nations — the United States being the prime target.
The year 2007 saw some mighty obvious signs of this strategy. The purchase of a controlling interest in the London Stock Exchange by Islamic governments in Dubai and Qatar was just one leg in the strategy. But the purchase of the NASDAQ by Dubai was even more clever. When Dubai bought roughly 20 percent of the NASDAQ exchange, it sweetened the deal by affording NASDAQ a piece of ownership in the Sweden stock exchange, OMX.
The United Arab Emirates seized an opportunity to bail out Citigroup to the tune of $7.5 billion, and Citigroup will pay junk bond rates of 11 percent interest for the privilege. You see, Islam doesn't charge interest on its own people, but the infidels get charged usury.
Moreover, the price of oil has hit record highs of over $100 per barrel — not because of supply limitations (experts say there is more oil on the market than ever), but because of world instability. And world instability is caused by Islam's terrorist operations. The Bhutto assassination plus terrorist attacks in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries all add up to major world unrest.
As world instability increases, prices of precious commodities increase. In the first trading day of the New Year, oil, platinum and gold reached record highs on international exchanges. Gold is often considered a hedge against instability because it is the basis of financial instruments.
Instability directly attributed to Islam benefits Islam. As oil prices rise, Islam has windfalls to buy assets. For example, the U.S. Treasury Department reports that OPEC members increased their holdings of U.S. Treasuries 12 percent through July to $123.8 billion. The U.S. Department of Energy estimated in October that OPEC's share of U.S. debt is growing is based on the 31 percent rise in oil since December 2006, which raised OPEC revenue about 4 percent to $630 billion in 2007 and 9 percent to $688 billion in 2008.
Jeremiah 51:14 (NKJV) says, "Surely I will fill you with men as with locusts; and they shall lift up a battle cry against you." Don't be surprised: The prophecy of Jeremiah may be unfolding before our very eyes.

Writer Jerome Corsi is relentless in publicizing the North American Union (NAU) Conspiracy Theory. Now I say “theory” because there is no hard evidence that actually tracks to Canada, America and Mexico forming a sovereign Confederacy similar to the European Union (EU).
Corsi has good reason to investigate the implausible concept of a NAU tripartite plan. Part of that suspicion is based on the existence of NAFTA and the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP). Officially these organizations are designed to integrate the free flow of commerce between Canada, America and Mexico in order to promote transnational prosperity smoothly within the three nations. The difficulty with that concept is that Mexico is not a democratic nation devoted to the rule of law. Corruption, thuggery, crime and drug lords hold a huge influence in Mexico that obviously subverts the superiority of the rule of Law.
Personally I can see the benefits of a NAU if the USA laws are the dominant rule of Law enabling a clean up of the multifaceted corruption I just mentioned. The best outcome of such a NAU under American hegemony would be Security and geopolitical leverage.
However my current stand is that it is utopian thinking. Canada is more amenable to egalitarian democracy of a Secular Humanist nature and Mexico has a combination of Latino pride, distrust of American intentions and the all pervasive power structure of corruption. I find it unlikely that either Canada or Mexico would submit to the American Constitution.
Therein lay the point of contention for a NAU. A “NAU” existence would dilute American sovereignty. A “NAU” would also dilute or render void the U.S. Constitution. These two factors would make the existence of a NAU untenable to the American citizen.
If the Constitution and Sovereignty is diluted then Mexican immigration becomes mute. There would be a free transnational flow between Canada, America and Mexico. America would face the same difficulty that Israel faces with its sovereignty with Arab-Israeli citizens: The danger of the elimination of a culture by the dynamics of birthrates.
This kind of multiculturalism has proven to be a harbinger of discord between people who love their heritage yet live in a homogenous situation. I believe it would make the Black African-American riots of the ‘60’s look like a picnic.
So if NAFTA and the SPP are purely innocent vehicles promoting prosperous commerce, the potential for a NAU reality is too great a threat to America’s heritage to occur.
Good for Jerome Corsi keeping his eyes on the developments of nearly secret government meetings that promote or could lead to a North American Union. The latest information from Corsi is concerning Drivers Licensing that bears a holographic image of North America on the reverse side: READ ABOUT IT!
Well I thought it was time to take a walk on the fringe side. The Conspiracy Theorist is slanted Right and Left. When it comes to the Illuminati and the Bilderbergers, the public political spectrum is usually well represented. There is a meeting of international elites that are mostly European and American and it is called the Bilderberg Meeting (There are many fringe sources to reference: one HERE and one HERE). The place used to be secret yet now the agenda is what is kept secret these days (allegedly). I say secret for there always seems to some unnamed source that gives a hint but rarely a clear picture of the discussions and forums of these meetings of slanted Right and Left elites that meet.
Here is a recent news article from the American Free Press written by James P. Tucker, Jr.

BILDERBERG 2007 REPORT
ELITE MEET BEHIND STIFF SECURITY:
Secret Cabal Roosts at Ritz-Carlton; Riot Police Keep All But Invited Out
By James P. Tucker Jr.
American Free Press
Updated June 9, 2007
AFP’s Jim Tucker is back in the United States after discovering Bilderberg right in the middle of Istanbul, and not at the Klassis Country Club, 40 miles outside Istanbul as he first believed. What follows is Jim’s first on-the-spot report, filed before leaving Istanbul.
ISTANBUL, Turkey—Bilderberg celebrated President Bush’s “surrender” on two major issues while showing distress over continuing setbacks to its goal of establishing a world government under the United Nations.
Bush’s surrender came on two fronts: The environment and the sovereignty-surrendering Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST). As recently as May 25, Bush administration officials reiterated his long-standing opposition to European demands on the environment, especially the Kyoto Treaty, which would impose heavy economic burdens on the United States while exempting Mexico and other smoke-belching nations. His reversal on LOST is now under the radar of the mainstream media but will eventually have to emerge.
Bilderberg was among the first to discover the environment as an issue years ago. But these sons of smokestack millionaires were motivated by the potential for immense profits in cleaning up the environment, not by foul air and dirty water. Thus Bilderberg’s pressure on the European Union to require heavy taxpayer investments for clean-up and former President Bill Clinton, himself a Bilderberger, to advocate ratification of the Kyoto Treaty.
But in Washington on May 31, even as Bilderberg luminaries were arriving at the posh Ritz-Carlton for their annual secret meeting, Bush called for 15 major nations to agree on a goal for global emissions limits by the end of next year.
“The United States takes this seriously,” Bush said.
But while gloating over this “surrender,” Bilderberg members denounced his efforts as “too little and too late” because the Kyoto Treaty expires in 2012. The Europeans agreed that more must be demanded at the Group of 8 summit now taking place, but Bush must not be “embarrassed.” The new environmental buzzword is to be “sustainable growth.”
Among new climate related demands by Bilderberg is for the United State to increase gasoline taxes so the price will rise “significantly” to more than $6 a gallon. The argument is that this will reduce driving and thus emissions. They argued, with little or no dissent from Americans, that Europeans already pay that much or more. Unsaid was the fact that many more Americans have to drive long distances to work. Many Europeans live so close to their jobs they walk or ride bikes.
Lest this be shrugged off as politically impossible, with voters already outraged at record-high prices, there is a precedent. Years ago, during another period of record gas prices, Bilderberg’s junior varsity, the Trilateral Commission (TC), met in San Francisco. TC and Bilderberg have an interlocking leadership and common agenda. TC was founded by David Rockefeller. Henry Kissinger and Peter Sutherland sit on the boards of both groups. TC demanded that the federal government increase gas taxes by 10 cents a gallon.
The meeting ended on a Sunday and on the following Tuesday, The Washington Post called for a 10-cent tax hike. It passed. You paid. Bush’s about-face on the sea treaty is astounding. It will further alienate his base of conservatives, already angry over high taxes, high deficits and foolish spending.
Only Bilderberg, as its members boasted, could pressure Bush into such an irrational act. This demonstrates the raw power of Bilderberg.
President Ronald Reagan rejected LOST in 1982. President Bush the Elder let the issue lie fallow. Bilderberger Clinton signed the treaty and wanted to submit it to the Senate for ratification. He pulled back when a test vote showed a 95-0 opposition to the LOST.
For Bush to anger his already antagonized Republican base by this about-face is incredible.
Bilderberg participants said “pressure has been applied,” and Bush is expected to announce support of the LOST “soon.” Bush’s national security adviser, Stephen Hadley, has asked the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Joe Biden (D-Del.), to secure ratification “soon.”
The LOST took effect in 1994 and has been ratified by 153 countries. If ratified, the United States would yield sovereignty over all the world’s seas and oceans to a UN bureaucracy. Americans could be ordered by the UN to stop fishing or digging for clams on either coast. The LOST created the International Seabed Authority (ISA) with full jurisdiction over more than 70% of the world: the oceans and everything in them.
This includes the ocean floors and all the wealth they contain: “solid, liquid, or gaseous mineral resources” and the power to regulate them. The ISA, headquartered in Jamaica, has an assembly, a council and numerous commissions in a typically bloated bureaucracy, all paid tax-free salaries. If ratified, the United States would have one in 154 votes, and with envy and hatred of our country so widespread, this nation would lose every appeal of every decision.
These bureaucrats would have the power to levy international taxes, something Bilderberg has wanted for many years. Bilderberg prefers, as members have said many times at their meetings over many years, a UN tax on oil at the wellhead. Starting at perhaps 10 cents a barrel, Americans would be unaware they are paying a direct tax to the UN when buying gas. But, like the income tax, it would grow to usurious levels. But the principle is important to Bilderberg: a direct tax on people of the world would be a major step toward global government. Such a tax has been pending before the UN for years but unreported in the mainstream media.
The LOST taxes would be disguised as assessments, fees, permits or payments. But they will cost you money.
But the good news is, Bilderberg is upset that, as public knowledge and indignation rises, the plan for global government is years behind schedule. In the 1990s, Bilderberg was confident that, by 2000, the merging of Europe into a single superstate would be completed and the “American Union” would be well on the way to completion. But two nations failed to ratify the EU constitution, keeping it from taking effect. And outraged Americans have prevented NAFTA from evolving into the “American Union.”
Peter Sutherland, chairman of British Petroleum and Goldman Sachs International, among others, said it was a mistake for the Netherlands and France to kill the EU constitution by putting it to a popular vote so the public could reject it.
“You knew there was a rise in nationalism; you should have let your parliaments ratify the treaty, and it should be done with,” Sutherland fumed. His views were applauded with no apparent dissent.
The term “nationalism” is an obscenity to Bilderberg, being equated with patriotism.
A German said a new draft of the treaty will be shorter and more easily understood.
“Tell your people you fixed the treaty to meet their complaints, and let your parliaments ratify without a popular vote,” he said.
Then the problem of the failure of the “American Union” was addressed. “We must help the enlightened media, as opposed to small journals obsessed with national sovereignty, understand that it is the patriotic duty of the people to support the North American zone [U.S. Mexico and Canada] because it will bring prosperity to the poor and put food in the mouths of hungry babies,” Henry Kissinger said. “Then it can expand, as NAFTA was intended, to all the Western Hemisphere and evolve into the ‘American Union.’ ”
Yet, despite the pep talk, Bilderberg was gloomy, seeing the spectre of nationalism. Was not NAFTA expected to similarly succeed?
“Many congressmen who voted for NAFTA lost their seats and survivors are scared to death,” an American said. “We tried to explain that, ultimately, more and better jobs would be generated by NAFTA. But the man who lost a high-paying manufacturing job to Mexico and is now flipping burgers for minimum wage votes, too.”
There was some discussion about how to make Joe Sixpack understand. “He should have understood,” one said. “There was much in the newspapers and on TV and radio.”
Kissinger, arguing for Turkey’s immediate admission to the European Union, said European nations willingly “gave up their sovereignty, to a certain extent,” after World War II in exchange for security. Persisting loyalty to the “nation-state” creates structural barriers to the EU, he said. Turkey is of “extraordinary strategic and political importance” for the EU, Kissinger said, but stressed that membership would require European intervention in domestic affairs—an idea resented by many Turks.
A Turkish member said that many of his countrymen resent appearing to “beg” for EU membership, and many want to remain outside and retain their national sovereignty. France strongly opposes admitting Turkey to the EU. Officially, Turkey wants admission.
Despite screaming headlines and chilling newspaper stories, Turkish members denied there is a military buildup on the border with Iraq and said there would be no attack on Kurds living there. (Despite denials by the Turkish government, it has been reported that several thousand Turkish troops have now invaded Iraq.)
European members remain opposed to the U.S. invasion of Iraq but more friendly toward the attack on Afghanistan. Afghanistan is a “more logical target” resulting in “less dead.” At the time of these comments, on June 1, 3,473 Americans had been killed in Iraq and 390 in Afghanistan.
Bilderberg is troubled about Iran’s nuclear ambitions but more concerned about its oil. Any U.S. military action must be limited to strategic airstrikes and no attacks by land, or “boots on the ground,” several Europeans said. But Americans must remain in Iraq, Kissinger said.

In part one sources report that the Bush Administration denies a concept of a “North American Union;” i.e. some notion of a federated union of Canada, America and Mexico. The notion as far as the United States is concerned is extra-Constitutional if it goes forward without an Amendment to the Constitution.
If there are proponents lurking in the shadows promoting geopolitical transformation, they are probably thinking of accomplishing such a Union via a Treaty ratified by the Senate. The problem is such a Union extends beyond treaty agreements between sovereign nations. Such a Union would affect Constitutional Law in America. I am saying a Union transformation would or could change traditional interpretations of American Liberty, Civil Rights, and Free Speech and so on.
I personally did not buy into the notion of a “North American Union” when I first read about it about a year ago. Yet there are things that have occurred that could have justified President Bush’s entrance into Iraq. Intelligence data widely implied the existence of WMD in Iraq prior to the invasion; however neither the radioactive nor the chemical cache of WMD was located. Bush made poor efforts to explain this phenomenon when there was credible evidence that explained the WMD disappearance.
There is a huge appearance that the CIA and Richard Armitage set up Plamegate and the conviction I. Scooter Libby. There is evidence that Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald was full aware that Armitage was the person that leaked Valerie Plame’s name to discredit the WMD reason to invade Iraq.
Now here are some names that are preparing a report for the Bush White House and the Democratic controlled Congress on “… the benefits of integrating the U.S., Mexico and Canada into one political, economic and security bloc.”: “A powerful think tank chaired by former Sen. Sam Nunn and guided by trustees including Richard Armitage, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Harold Brown, William Cohen and Henry Kissinger”.
Is it Conspiracy Theory or transforming geopolitics in the shadows?
President Bush is rapidly declining in popularity with Conservatives. The President has been hated almost hysterically by Leftists and Democrats for nearly seven years.
Dwell on this: Internet buzz is a major modem of Conservative dissemination of information because Conservatives KNOW the Mainstream Media (MSM) will not truthfully portray a story that supports Conservatism or President Bush. The difficulty with Internet dependence is that the information dissemination needs to often be verified by many reputable Conservative sources before it can be conceivable that the information has not been warped or planted merely as propaganda.
Now that the President is becoming unpopular with Conservatives he has become the target of Conservative venom as nearly the twenty-first century Benedict Arnold of Conservativism and Neoconservativism. There is a laundry list of betrayals: Ramos and Campos imprisoned for stopping illegal aliens doing drug smuggling, I. Scooter Libby being allowed to be convicted on trumped up charges, the harassment of Tom DeLay, collaboration with a Democratic Senate on a controversial illegal alien Bill and on and on.
Cliff Kinkaid who writes for Accuracy in Media is a person of huge respect as a source of information. I say that to honor him. Kinkaid has written an article that adds to the Conspiracy Theory of George W. Bush flirting with selling out. The Bush Administration has called the concept of a North American Union (Canada, America and Mexico) is rumor and manipulation of a little fact to create a lot of myth. Kinkaid cites evidence to the contrary. Kinkaid reports that President Bush could not pass the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) when the Republicans controlled the Senate. Kinkaid believes that Bush can push UNCLOS through a Democratic controlled Senate. Kinkaid believes the NAU and UNCLOS are both instances that will pass American sovereignty away from the USA and to the United Nations.
Are these issues Conspiracy Theories that should be banished to the works of fiction? OR are these issues the shadows of a changing global politic that will affect traditional American Constitutional government and sovereignty?
You really should read Cliff Kinkaid:
